Insured Holiday: full refund of the amount paid (economic refund, not voucher) up to one day before the arrival date in the following cases:
a rule or decree prevents you from leaving your region;
a rule or decree prevents entry into the Puglia Region;
closure of our Resort due to the current health emergency;
at least one of the booking travelers tested positive for CoVid-19 or was in quarantine during the 14 days preceding the arrival date (Official Medical Documentation required).
Any type of health obligation to be fulfilled by the Customer within 48 hours is not a restrictive rule for which to request full reimbursement of the practice.
N.B .: IN CASE OF NO SHOW, EARLY DEPARTURE FROM THE VILLAGE OR CANCELLATION BEYOND THE TERMS SET FOR YOUR OFFER, THE FULL AMOUNT PAID WILL BE WITHDRAWN.
Standard Cancellation Policies: if the cancellation is received by the Village 15 days before the start of the booked period, the customer will be refunded the deposit already paid. If the cancellation occurs up to 7 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained but can be used for a stay in the following year. If the cancellation takes place in the last 6 days, the entire deposit paid will be retained. In case of failure to send the deposit within 7 days from the booking date, it will be considered void.
In the event of a reduction in the booked period, due to delayed arrival or early departure, whatever the cause, no refunds will be granted.
For organizational reasons, the number or location of the booked accommodation unit will be communicated at the time of check-in. Any requests for the number or location of the housing unit will be considered as preferences without any guarantee. Groups of crews traveling together cannot be guaranteed the proximity or contiguity of two or more housing units, even if they are of the same type.
Arrival: the access to the accommodations is allowed from 5pm to 8pm. Upon check-in, a personal recognition pass will be given, not transferable to a third party (bracelet), which must be brought along for the entire duration of the stay. In case of refusal, it will not be possible to enter the campsite and formalize the check-in. The bracelet must be returned upon departure.
Departure: the accommodations must to be vacated by 10am. It is not allowed to occupy the accommodation after 10am on the day of departure. Any early arrivals or late departures have to be agreed with the staff of the Reception of the Camping.
Children and extra beds: bungalows/apartments/mobile homes cannot be occupied by more people in addition to the number indicated in the description of the booked accomodation type. In no case it will be allowed to accommodate a higher numer of people the expected unless agreed with the staff of the Reception. Any type of extra child bed or cot, is available upon request and it is subject to confirmation by the Receptionists. Cot or extra bed costs €10.00 per day.
Pets: pets are welcome (on request). Dogs must be kept strictly on the leash, they do not have access to the free beach and the pool area. Furthermore, their solid excrements must be immediately removed by the owner/holder, who also must be equipped with a shovel/collector in order to dispose of them in the appropriate waste containers. A maximum of 2 dogs per accommodation is accepted.
Separate waste collection: inside Camping Village Capo Vieste, recycling areas have been set up for the separate collection of paper, glass, plastic and organic waste. We will appreciate if you use them correctly.
Credit cards accepted: American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners, Maestro, CartaSi, Bancomat. Checks are not accepted.
Tourist tax: it is a municipal tax (mandatory) to be paid locally, for all guests over 14 years and for a maximum of 10 days. Disabled people and their helpers (one at most) are exempt from paying.
1 € from January 1st to May 31st and from October 1st to December 31st.
2 € from 1 June to 30 September.
Confirmation of reservation: the reason for the payment must indicate the surname of the booker, the type booked and the period of stay. The reservation will be considered confirmed only when you receive a copy of our tax receipt (by e-mail). The balance of the entire stay must be paid at least 7 days before the arrival date.
Included in the price: VAT, water, electricity, gas, unguarded parking spot for one car, entrance to the swimming pool, entertainment from early June to the first week of September (entertainment activities may be limited on the basis of Prime Ministerial Decree provisions related to COVID19), free Wi-Fi available in common areas (Restaurant).
Private beach: the service, available for 18€ per day, from 13/05 to 30/06. For the period from 01/07 to 25/08 the cost is €22 per day, while from 26/08 to 16/09 the cost is €18 per day. The private beach service includes an umbrella and 2 sunbeds. First Row supplement costs €6 per day, the assignment takes place upon arrival and is subject to availability.
Final cleaning of the accommodation: the service is not included in the price. It costs €40 for one-room apartments, 50€ for two-room apartments, and €60 for three-room apartments. At departure it is important to leave the bungalow clean and to defrost the fridge.
Extra cleaning fee for pets in the room: it costs €10 per animal. The bungalow will be sanitized with HCCP products after the guest's departure.
Bed linen: the service is not included in the price. Bed linen can be rent for €3 per day per person.
Bath towels: the service is not included in the price. It is possible to rent towels for €3 per person per day.
Unguarded parking: one parking spot is included in the cost of the stay. For a second parking spot the cost is €5 per day.
